The Test Technician will be responsible for conducting tests on electronic and mechanical systems ensuring high-quality standards are met. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues document test procedures and maintain test equipment.

What You Will Do

Conduct functional and performance testing on electronic and mechanical systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve test failures and anomalies.

Document test procedures and results accurately.

Collaborate with engineering teams to improve test processes and methodologies.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Maintain and calibrate test equipment.

Generate reports on test status issues and actions.

Qualifications You Must Have

HS Diploma or AA / AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience

Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a testing environment

Experience with testing equipment and software.

U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program / contract.

Qualifications We Prefer

Experience producing presentations of status issues and actions.

Experience reading technical drawings and schematics.

Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles.

Experience in troubleshooting electronic systems and equipment at a component level using schematics test equipment and technical procedures

Onsite : Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 43400 USD - 82600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education / training and key skills.
