Starting Salary Range : $16.31-$20.77 and determined based on relevant years of work experience provided on application and resume.

Position Summary : Tutor students through a variety of modalities and methods refer students to other relevant resources and assist with daily activities in the relevant resource center for Johnson County Community College (JCCC).

Required Qualifications :

• High School Diploma with successful completion of one year of undergraduate coursework in science and math in addition to specific courses such as General Biology Cell Biology and Microbiology.
• Must be familiar with laboratory techniques.
• Require good communication skills including listening with understanding and patience.
• Ability to explain concepts in Biology both orally and in written form in a one to one or small group setting.
