The ideal candidate should be able to work out of their Colorado Springs, CO office or can sit remotely. The Estimator will support government and private-sector proposals and will be responsible for developing accurate, compliant cost volume proposals by analyzing solicitation requirements, building detailed cost models, and coordinating pricing across materials, equipment, and subcontracted work. The ideal candidate has strong experience reviewing formal RFPs/IFBs, developing and managing large work breakdown structures, and creating complex cost spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel.
