Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Body Shop Technician to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition by repairing body damage, performing cosmetic enhancements, and ensuring all work meets high-quality and safety standards.
Whether it's repairing dents, replacing windshields, or executing complete rebuilds, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional results to our customers.
Responsibilities :
- Inspect and identify vehicle body damage and determine appropriate repair methods.
- Perform bodywork including dent removal, panel alignment, frame straightening, and part replacement.
- Complete minor cosmetic repairs such as scratch removal, paint touch-ups, and corrosion treatment.
- Communicate repair status and any delays clearly with the Body Shop Manager.
- Coordinate with the Parts Department to order and track necessary parts.
- Accurately document all repairs and materials used for each job.
- Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and follow federal, state, and local environmental regulations, including proper disposal of hazardous materials.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
