Kimley-Horn is seeking a Transportation Practice Builder to join our office in Temecula, California (CA)!
Responsibilities
- Has an entrepreneurial spirit, creating a vision for growth in their personal practice while contributing to the growth of our transportation engineering practice in the local area and beyond
- Assists in marketing and business development efforts with our existing local municipal, state, and private clients, while delivering a wide variety of transportation planning, traffic engineering, and / or ITS-related projects with our growing team of transportation professionals
- Beyond serving our existing clients, has the ability to pursue own passions, project opportunities and clients
- Leadership responsibilities include : Operating with integrity and sound business principalsProviding vision, business planning and strategyEstablishing goalsBuilding and maintaining positive client relationshipsHaving open communication with your partners and teamGrowing and leading a Transportation practice
- Our Practice Builders manage their projects profitably, transition work to qualified staff, grow and mentor staff, and act as a positive leader and mentor
- The successful candidate will be given a great deal of autonomy to lead, direct, and grow their business
- With success, this individual will enjoy the rewards of an impressive bonus program with the potential to advance to ownership
