The City of Marina, California, is seeking a solution-oriented and customer-focused Chief Building Official (CBO) to lead all operations of the Building Division within the Community Development Department. This hands-on leadership role oversees plan review, permitting, inspections, and code enforcement to ensure compliance with state and local regulations. The CBO manages three staff members and a division budget exceeding one million dollars.
