Requirements :

10 years' experience as Sr. Mechanical Supt . on large Aerospace / Manufacturing / Industrial projects ($ 50 to $ 100 mil).

Strong experience with HVAC, Plumbing & Process Piping Systems with knowledge of equipment, materials and installations.

Responsibilities :

Daily oversight and QA / QC of subcontractor installations including scheduling / coordination, safety and installation integration w / other trades per plans / specs. QA / QC of Mechanical (HVAC, Plumbing & Process Piping) Installations. Preparation / review of schedule & reports for installations including equipment installation start-up & commissioning.

Ideal Candidate :

Requires USA Citizenship (no green cards) and it is highly preferred for the candidates to be residing local to Melbourne, FL. These candidates must be "Senior" with excellent experience.
