What you will be doing and skills you possess :

• You will provide excellent customer service and support to all riders by answering questions about schedules, routes, transfer points, and delays.
• Your passion for safety is top-notch! You always comply with all traffic laws and federal and state transit regulations. You can safely operate in all weather conditions and drive without a break for a minimum period of one hour and forty-five minutes.
• Professionalism and strong attendance / punctuality are essential.
• You are comfortable using route navigation apps , two-way HANDS-FREE radios, and electronic logs.
• You have a clean driving record , a CDL with Passenger endorsement, and an Air Brakes endorsement.
• You must be able to successfully pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and background check.
• You can lift 45 pounds or more to assist with the loading and unloading of ADA passengers.
• You appreciate company policies and procedures and work with operations to enforce them.
• Preferably, you have a high school diploma and at least one year of applicable experience.

Other important information :

Some clients operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, creating a variety of shifts, including split shifts.
