Job Responsibilities
Provides financial and operational support to medical staff administration; responsible for managing business processes to ensure operational efficiency; monitors, coordinates, researches, analyzes, and tracks the monthly / annual department expenditures, accounts receivable, and payment tracking for funds including operating, endowment, and development; prepares financial resource management reports to provide to medical staff administration leadership; supports and coordinates work groups to facilitate internal and interdepartmental projects, medical staff meetings, committees, and events; supports and coordinates work groups to facilitate internal and interdepartmental projects;coordination and management of PARS / CORS / Vanderbilt program in conjunction with legal, compliance, and quality; manages and maintains physician relation inquires and outreach relationships; coordinates with marketing to develop awareness around medical staff events to increase faculty engagement.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2 years of relevant experience required. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
