The Alabama Department of Corrections (ADOC) is actively recruiting experienced and dedicated professionals to serve as Correctional Facility Administrators, overseeing facility operations at various locations throughout Alabama.
SALARY INFORMATION
- Level I = $69,012.00 - $116,179.20
- Level II = $74,296.80 - $125,304.00
- Level III = $86,359.20 - $145,303.20
Note : Starting salary is based on position location, responsibilities, and candidate education / experience.

POSITION DUTIES
A Correctional Facility Administrator plans, administers, coordinates, and reviews the security, treatment, and administrative programs of a correctional facility in the State of Alabama. This leadership role is critical to the ADOC's ability to fulfill its overarching mission of providing public safety through the safe and secure confinement, rehabilitation, and successful re-entry of offenders into society.
