You will provide support to our client’s internal systems as well as shared hosted infrastructure platforms. This role is responsible for the effective installation, deployment, support, and administration of all software, servers, and related systems. You must have excellent knowledge of Windows servers, all operating systems, and the ability to diagnose / troubleshoot computer, network, and system-related issues.

You will :

• Oversee maintenance of VMware, vSphere, virtualization, and storage environments
• Manage server and network monitoring
• Manage application installation, upgrades, and maintenance
• Plan and execute server migrations and upgrades
• Automate repetitive tasks to drive efficiencies; create documentation for future reference
• Provide updates and feedback to users and internal teams regarding efforts to resolve complex issues
• Manage multiple tasks and issues at the same time and maintain service level agreements
• All other duties as assigned
