job_description.job_card.job_descriptionThe set-up and administration of Treasury accounts, Treasury client reporting, ZEDRAs payment processing through BankClarity Routine interaction with pooled banking partners relating to payment queries Working closely with the administration community, supporting them fielding Treasury / banking related queries and opportunities Opening / closing Treasury accounts in Navision and on Bank Clarity and ensuring information, to the extent it relates to Treasury related accounts, is up to date Bank Clarity user support Electronic filing Actively support Treasury related projects, or wider business initiatives as and when required Good understanding of ZEDRAs Policies and Procedures Support the Treasury team delivering budgeted revenues The role holder will need to develop a good understanding of internal policies and procedures Complete mandatory training in line with regulatory and international requirements. Develop experience within Treasury, and will demonstrate a strong work ethic and a desire to learn Demonstrate ambition to develop a base level of technical competency and build on the skills learnt through their education to date Support and work collaboratively with their team members developing strong working relationships with their wider colleagues. Be fluent in English and an understanding of other languages is desirable.

- Be part of a small, highly motivated team,
- Support strategic projects, and the teams growth initiatives,
- Be hands-on and solution focused,
- Act as a champion for Treasury services with internal stakeholders, particularly the administration community.
Key Accountabilities
You will develop the broad knowledge and skills necessary to cover in the absence of the Treasury Administrator when necessary. This will require you to develop a detailed understanding of end-to-end processes covering :

Academic and Professional Qualifications
An Assistant Treasury Administrator is expected to be educated to a minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent, and to be keen to seek relevant professional qualifications (such as STEP or ICSA or equivalent).
