Use a computer and telephone system for long durations. Occasionally lift and move objects up to 25 pounds. We're looking for a Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact for our service customers, acting as a knowledgeable and trusted liaison between them and our skilled technicians. This role requires exceptional hospitality, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to ensure a seamless and premium service experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and initiate the service process.
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues on the repair order.
- Translate customer needs into clear, technical language for service technicians.
- Provide accurate estimates for maintenance and repair services.
- Communicate effectively with customers to keep them informed about their vehicle's status and provide expert recommendations.
- Manage the service workflow , ensuring timely completion of repairs.
- Complete detailed service reports and documentation.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
