High volume transaction processing experience. Familiarity with accounting, audit and payables processes and practices. Detail oriented. Good organizational skills. Ability to maintain a strong sense of propriety concerning confidential matters. Ability to maintain effective working relationships with officers, managers, fellow employees, and the general public. Perform various routine professional accounts payable financial accounting and reporting functions. Support monthly close, journal entries, and reconciliations related to AP. Perform other related tasks as assigned, within the context of treasury and AP duties.
Financial Analyst
Hourly Rate : $28-29 / hr
Hours Per Week : 40 Hours, Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PM
Assignment Length : Approximately 6 months
Job Purpose : Under general supervision of the Manager Cash Management and other professional Cash Management staff, this position will support routine and non-routine situations related to the day-to-day activities of cash accounts payable processes. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to working with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve invoices on hold, and support staff with various job-related requests.
Education and / or Special Training :
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university in Accounting, Finance, or related field or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- 14 years of experience in accounting, AP, or financial systems.
- Experience with ERP / accounting software (e.g., Oracle Fusion, SAP, PeopleSoft) preferred.
