Role : Core Banking Business Analyst
Location : Hillsboro OR (Only locals)
Visa : Any but Preferred US Citizens (NO OPT AND CPT)
Min Exp : 12+
Responsibilities
Gather and document business requirements (workshops, interviews, use cases, user stories).
Analyze and improve processes like account opening, loan lifecycle, and payment flows using BPM techniques.
Support solution design, integration and end to end testing, including migrations to new core systems or CBaaS platforms.
Coordinate with stakeholders (business, IT, vendors) and help with training and go live support.
Understand the existing customer data ( hence knowledge of SQL queries will be required)
