Key Responsibilities
Analyze business issues and data challenges in a retail environment
Lead requirements-gathering efforts and develop project plans for management approval
Monitor project scope, delivery schedules, and budgets while communicating risks and progress to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, economics, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years' experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements for IT solutions
Experience in documenting user requirements and functional specifications
Retail execution or merchandising experience is a plus
Proficiency in Visio, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
