JOB SUMMARY

The Business Analyst Manager oversees business analysis activities across multiple projects ensuring consistency quality and alignment with business objectives. This role manages and mentor analysts leads process improvement efforts and partners with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that drive operational excellence.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Oversee and guide business analysis activities across projects ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices.
• Manage a team of business analysts providing coaching performance feedback and career development support.
• Review and validate business requirements ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Ensure proper use of BI tools data analysis methods and SDLC practices across analysis efforts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and project managers to prioritize initiatives and balance competing needs.
• Drive improvements in business analysis processes templates and methodologies.
• Support change management by helping stakeholders understand and adopt new solutions.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex requirements or stakeholder challenges.
• Contribute to departmental planning and cross-functional initiatives.

At RSM an employees pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences performance and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including but not limited to education skills work experience certifications location etc. As such pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range : $120000 - $205200

Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
