Associate Director, Enterprise Data Management & Engagement

Reporting to the VP, Enterprise Data Management & Engagement, the Associate Director, Enterprise Data Management & Engagement will engage stakeholders across the organization to solve immediate data problems that impact business performance, while establishing foundational data practices. This role supports Gartner's ability to make data-driven decisions while mitigating risk and meeting compliance standards.

What You Will Do :

• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve data quality and data management, with a focus on seller experience and productivity.
• Prioritize initiatives based on strategic goals and operational requirements. Drive collaboration, engagement, and alignment across departments by supporting business-led data forums and leading governance forums, including the Data Governance Council and Steering Committees.
• Partner closely with CDAO Leadership on strategic priorities and support with development of 'executive level' meeting material and presentation.
• Communicate business value of CDAO initiatives to key stakeholders
• Drive change management efforts through effective stakeholder management, communications, content, and more

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 106,000 USD - 145,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
