Overview
The Business Manager is responsible for managing the organizations processes related to financial and strategic planning statistical studies and process improvement activities. Working under general supervision this position oversees internal initiatives like monitoring and management of productivity block scheduling management utilization statistics timely processing of patient billing and maintaining operational and quality statistics.
Responsibilities
Assists with the development of annual operational budgets for the department to include revenue and expense program changes and program objectives.
Provides assistance to director in budget management cost monitoring and variance accountability.
Oversees the billing process to ensure that charge codes data and charge entry and revenue capture are accurate and compliant.
Resolves escalated patient billing concerns and complaints.
Provides assistance for invoice management and inventory completion to ensure accuracy and payment of invoices on time.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
EDUCATION :
Required : Bachelors Degree
EXPERIENCE : Required : 3 years
