A company is looking for a Principal Engineer / Salesforce Business Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Lead client advisory and CRM transformation initiatives, including discovery workshops and process redesign

Own Salesforce solution architecture for manufacturing CRM engagements, ensuring alignment with best practices

Advise on change management, CRM governance, and oversee delivery quality assurance throughout project lifecycles

Required Qualifications

8 - 12 years of total experience, with at least 5+ years focused on Salesforce CRM

4 - 6 years of experience working with manufacturing organizations in a consulting environment

Proven track record of leading full lifecycle Salesforce implementations

Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline

Salesforce certifications strongly preferred, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Sales Cloud Consultant
