Job Description

The Business Analyst will serve as a critical bridge between business strategy and technology execution. This role translates strategic business objectives into actionable business requirements, gathers and synthesizes input from cross-functional partners across Marketing, Operations, Product, Sales, and Customer Experience, and ensures alignment through the full project lifecycle-from concept and design through IT development, testing, and deployment.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and communication skills with a deep understanding of marketing processes, business requirements management, and agile delivery frameworks. This individual ensures that IT solutions effectively meet business needs, improve efficiency, and drive measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements Definition

• Partner with business leaders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into clear, measurable business requirements.
• Lead the end-to-end business requirements process-facilitating workshops, interviews, and documentation with Marketing, Operations, Sales, and Product teams.
• Develop and maintain business requirement documents (BRDs) and process flows to inform IT development.
• Ensure alignment between business needs and platform capabilities across multiple systems (CRM, MarTech, analytics, etc.).
• Identify business process gaps and recommend process improvements or automation opportunities.
