A company is looking for a Partner Business Development - CRM Transformation leader for the Americas.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with key partners to integrate CRM technology into their business strategies and solution architectures
Develop business development plans with partners to create a joint CRM pipeline focused on measurable outcomes
Guide partners in operational planning for CRM adoption and collaborate on joint marketing and execution activities
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in partner business development or enterprise software business development in the Americas
Proven success in driving partner-led business development and pipeline creation
Deep understanding of the CRM market and partner monetization strategies
Experience in complex global partner ecosystems
Fluency in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a strong plus
