Proven track record of developing successful business development strategies and driving significant referral growth. Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, particularly home health regulations and payer sources. Excellent networking, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to think strategically and lead business initiatives while managing day-to-day operations. Experience in managing a team and driving performance in a fast-paced environment.
