Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to drive agency growth. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and community needs to inform business strategies and marketing efforts. Collaborate with internal teams, including clinical staff and operations, to ensure alignment with business goals and patient care quality. Represent the agency at networking events, industry conferences, and community outreach initiatives. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare business development, with a strong preference for home health, hospice, or related sectors. Proven track record of developing successful business development strategies and driving significant referral growth. Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, particularly home health regulations and payer sources. Excellent networking, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to think strategically and lead business initiatives while managing day-to-day operations. Experience in managing a team and driving performance in a fast-paced environment.
