Position Summary :

We are seeking a highly driven individual responsible for bringing in new products, introducing items to customers, expanding sales, and overseeing marketing strategies. This role requires someone who understands wholesale distribution, customer needs, and how to effectively communicate products to store owners. You will work directly with management to improve product awareness, customer service, and overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities :

Business Development :

  • Identify high-demand products and new market opportunities.
  • Research and propose new items to add to the inventory.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Track product trends in convenience store / tobacco / gas station industries.

Marketing :

  • Develop marketing strategies for new items.
  • Create promotions, flyers, and product highlight sheets.
  • Manage advertising for product launches.
  • Work with designers to create compelling marketing materials.
  • Plan monthly campaigns to push high-margin or new products.

    • Sales :

  • Visit existing customers and introduce new products.
  • Ensure customers fully understand new and seasonal items.
  • Conduct product demonstrations when needed.
  • Follow up on customer needs and gather feedback.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic selling.

    • Customer Service :

  • Handle client concerns and communicate issues to management.
  • Improve customer satisfaction through strong communication.
  • Build long-term relationships with top accounts.

    • Qualifications :

  • Experience in sales, business development, or marketing (preferred).
  • Knowledge of convenience store, tobacco, or wholesale markets is a PLUS.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Good understanding of social media marketing.
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven.
  • Valid driver's license (travel to clients required).
