- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Engage with key clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Market Analysis : Conduct research to identify new market opportunities and customer needs. Stay abreast of industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Sales and Marketing Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies. Contribute to the creation of marketing materials and campaigns.
- Proposal Development : Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations to prospective clients. Negotiate contract terms and close agreements.
- Performance Metrics : Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing business development activities. Track key account metrics and report on business development activities.
- Cross-Functional Teamwork : Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with business objectives.
- Networking : Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market trends.
- Product Knowledge : Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to communicate all offerings to clients effectively and prospects.
