As a Downsizing Specialist Advisor , you’ll play a vital role in helping seniors and their families navigate one of life’s biggest transitions — downsizing their home with dignity, clarity, and confidence.

Our ideal candidate has experience in business development or consultative sales , enjoys networking and storytelling , and thrives in conversations both over the phone and face-to-face. You’re not just selling — you’re guiding, advocating, and creating solutions that simplify complex situations for seniors and their loved ones.

Compensation :
$35,360 - $49,920 base plus bonus
Responsibilities :
- Appear at in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events
- Collaborate with sales management in order to achieve objectives and enhance performance
- Locate and generate lucrative sales leads for our company's salesforce to pursue and ultimately close
- Keep an eye on what the competition is doing, and come up with a strategy to market to potential customers
- Find new customers using a variety of channels, including in-person meetings, phone calls, texts, and emails
- Build High-Value Referral Relationships
- Educate and convert leads through Downsize Allies' exclusive programs
- Guide clients and their families through the sale of their home to receive top value with minimal stress
- Create customized downsizing solutions through our financing services, contracting services, and moving coordination
- Convert leads into real estate transactions
- Conduct consultations, home evaluations, and replacement home options to best serve clients
- Hit realistic but aggressive revenue and transaction goals
