ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at onPhase, your role is crucial in identifying and sourcing leads tailored to our ideal customer profile. You are instrumental in our ability to build a robust pipeline by sourcing potential customers who align closely within our target demographic. Your efforts not only drive new business growth but also allows us to concentrate our efforts where we are most likely to win.
EXPECTED OUTCOMES
- Identify and source leads within established quotas to consistently generate new business opportunities.
- Schedule discovery meetings between potential customers and Account Executives to explore their needs and align onPhase solutions.
- Maintain precise records of lead interactions and progress within SalesForce and Outreach platforms to ensure seamless communication and tracking.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to synergize lead generation efforts and maximize results.
- Embrace an ongoing learning approach, actively seeking professional development opportunities and other educational sources to continuously improve skills and performance.
- Cold calling with the goal of setting qualified appointments for the Account Executive team.
