As an AT&T Sales Representative, You Will Be :
- Engaging with customers in person at their homes to answer inquiries and provide information about products and services
- Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the client’s products and services by attending client meetings and participating in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product changes, sales techniques, and industry best practices
- Identifying opportunities to cross-sell or upsell products and services to new and existing customers
- Problem-solving customer complaints in a professional and respectful manner
- Gathering data and tracking sales to follow up with managers and the team on possible improvements to our sales techniques
AT&T Sales Representative Requirements :
This is a full-time, commission-based position with an on-target earnings range of $42,000-$62,000 annually.
