About the Role
As a Client Director at GreyOrange, you will be the face of the organization, leading strategic client relationships, overseeing delivery and solutioning teams, and driving transformation within our customers’ supply chain and operations. You will engage directly with senior stakeholders, leveraging GreyOrange’s industry-leading robotics and AI platforms to solve complex business challenges.
This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and relationship management. You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, solutioning, and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes for clients while maintaining high satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Accountable and Single Threaded Owner (STO) for orchestrating the Value Delivery Engine at key client accounts. This includes designing and maintaining key artifacts like customer health / value scorecard, joint success plans (with customer), working with cross-functional teams on process efficiency, resolving bottlenecks at the warehouse floor, and performing weekly insights / analysis to meet / exceed KPIs.
- Working across key customer stakeholders (from Warehouse Managers to Chief Supply Chain Officers) to present key findings, performance reports, and bring innovative ideas to collaborate and expand for the future.
- Build and sustain trusted relationships with client executives and decision-makers.
- Partner with internal cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end automation and fulfillment solutions.
- Identify opportunities to expand GreyOrange’s footprint within existing accounts through consultative engagement.
- Drive project execution by managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
- Provide strategic direction for solution design and deployment to meet client business goals.
- Ensure excellence in delivery by promoting collaboration, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
- Mentor and guide internal teams (3–5 FTEs plus fractional and cross-functional resources) to maintain high performance and motivation.
- Represent GreyOrange in executive-level meetings and industry discussions to position the brand as a thought leader.
