[job_card.job_description]Prepare clear and comprehensive requirement documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, wireframes, and process flows. Maintain documentation throughout the product lifecycle. Communicate requirements effectively to developers, QA engineers, and leadership teams. Collaborate with software development teams to clarify requirements during implementation. Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams as needed Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups as part of an Agile team. Conduct impact analysis for changes or new features. Support QA in test case creation and participate in UAT. Identify inefficiencies in workflows and recommend process enhancements. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to product development and delivery. Analyze data, metrics, and product usage trends to provide insights that inform product direction. Create reports and dashboards as needed. Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a software development or technology environment. Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban). Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in requirement documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps). Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. This position does not provide visa sponsorship and continued work authorization must be maintained without sponsorship now or in the future. Experience with creating process diagrams (e.g., BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart). Familiarity with API documentation or technical specifications. Experience working with UI / UX teams or familiarity with wireframing tools. Industry certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, Scrum certifications).
