Employer : Motor Trend Group, LLCJob Title : Business Intelligence AnalystJob Location : 2004 Park Place, Suite K, El Segundo, CA 90245Job Type : Full-time, 40 hours a week, Monday – Friday Duties : Gather, clean, analyze and compile data needed to identify trends and patterns and make recommendations for our web, FAST, and Video on Demand businesses. Design and develop business intelligence models, dashboards, KPIs and reports the improvement of business productivity and performance and utilize Adobe Analytics and Tableau-based solutions. Work with stakeholders to evaluate and comprehend project and data requirements and translate them into solutions that meet stakeholder needs. Collect and analyze data and develop communication recommendations from appropriate sources, ensuring that new dashboards and tools are properly tested and reviewed prior to release. Deliver analyses, plans and recommendations to BI leadership and connect new ideas that drive change. Develop deep understanding of business processes, products and capabilities. Work in dynamic environment that requires high-adaptability, management of multiple projects and great cross-functional communication. Extract large datasets using Excel features such as nested formulas, lookups, pivot tables, etc. Work with data analytics, information systems and database management in order to support multiple BI projects. Hybrid work from home permitted 2 days a week. Requirements : At Least a Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, or a closely related field and one (1) year of experience as an Analyst, Marketing Science, Senior Digital Analyst, Marketing Science, Senior Analyst, Research, Analytics, +Insights, or in BI data analytics and / or engineering role. Employer will also accept three (3) years of experience as an Analyst, Marketing Science, Senior Digital Analyst, Marketing Science, Senior Analyst, Research, Analytics, +Insights, or in BI data analytics and / or engineering role. Also requires at least 1 year of experience in the following :

• Advanced excel using features such as nested formulas, lookups, pivot tables, etc.;
• Data analytics, information systems and database management;
• Adobe Analytics / Web Analytics;
• Tableau for data visualization; and
• A / B Testing.
