[job_card.job_description]Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2-5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting and analysis (consumer goods industry preferred). Strong knowledge of GAAP and management accounting. Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP / MRP systems and financial databases. Solid analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Willingness to occasionally work weekends or holidays if required.
JOB OVERVIEW :
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst. This role combines responsibilities in finance, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with senior leadership and various departments to provide actionable insights and ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
This position is on site, in Plantation, Monday-Friday.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES :
- Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly financial reports for management.
- Assist with the monthly close process, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Maintain and develop financial models and budgeting templates for management use.
- Support the preparation and ongoing maintenance of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
- Compile and analyze revenue / expense data to support business decisions and identify opportunities for efficiency.
- Maintain lease software and prepare quarterly reports and journals.
- Prepare various quarterly reports and flux analysis.
- Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements for management.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and contribute to business process improvements across the organization.
