Revenue Operations Business Partner
We're looking for someone who wants to truly understand our business and become a trusted partner to our EMEA sales organization. You'll work closely with sales leadership, providing hands-on support while also helping shape and drive strategic priorities across the region.
This is a role for someone who's not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in whether that means working alongside front-line sales teams to solve day-to-day challenges or stepping back to provide strategic insights that shape business decisions. You'll dig into data, processes, and performance drivers to uncover the story behind the numbers and use your experience to translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Business Partner to support our growing EMEA Sales Organization. Reporting directly to the Global Director of Revenue Operations, you will be instrumental in building and managing a high-performing, pan-EMEA sales structure. This is more than just a support roleyou will be a strategic partner, working closely with sales leadership to drive operational efficiency and business success.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to sales leadership, ensuring seamless collaboration between sales, renewals, and other operational functions.
- Help shape and execute go-to-market strategies for recent business acquisitions, ensuring smooth integration into the sales organization.
- Drive key sales operations initiatives, including quota and territory planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and sales automation.
- Support sales commission calculations, sales rep performance tracking, and account / lead management.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to optimize sales effectiveness.
