The Role :

Reporting to the Site Leader, the Fulfillment Operations Manager is a key leadership role in our growing 3PL operation. You will be responsible for developing, supporting, and maintaining the resources and processes necessary to efficiently manage and improve FC operations, including picking, packing, shipping, inbound receiving, and consolidation operations. The ability to motivate a performance driven team and be customer service driven is a must.
