Operations Consulting Manager

The Opportunity As part of the Corporate Technology Strategy team you will drive strategic initiatives and enhance collaboration across the organization. As a Manager, you will lead teams in managing client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff while securing exceptional deliverables that meet client expectations. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your analytical skills and stakeholder management proficiency to influence transformation programs within the healthcare provider industry.

What You Must Have - Bachelor's Degree - At least 5 years of consulting and / or healthcare provider industry experience, with experience managing workstreams or project delivery within business- or technology-enabled transformation programs -Experience in one or more healthcare provider administrative domains (finance, supply chain, HR, workforce management, shared services, operations), with developing depth in at least one.

For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
