Job Title : Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Perform preventive maintenance, mechanical, and some electrical maintenance on plant equipment including hydraulics, pneumatics, furnaces, and CNC machinery. Responsibilities include working with electrical components up to 480 volts, transformers, and basic PLC troubleshooting. Duties also involve blueprint reading and basic welding and fabrication tasks.

Responsibilities

Conduct preventive maintenance on plant equipment.

Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance, including work on hydraulics and pneumatics.

Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems up to 480 volts and transformers.

Engage in basic PLC troubleshooting.

Read and interpret blueprints.

Carry out basic welding and fabrication duties.

Essential Skills

3 years of industrial maintenance experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.

Proficient in troubleshooting and repair.

Experience with PLC troubleshooting.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Basic welding and fabrication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

3 years of PLC troubleshooting experience.

Welding and fabrication proficiency.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $66560.00 / yr.
