[job_card.job_description]Work closely with engineers and project managers to understand project requirements and modify designs as needed. Review and incorporate feedback from clients and other stakeholders into design revisions. Perform detailed checks of CAD drawings for accuracy, completeness, and conformity to standards. Coordinate with field technicians to ensure designs are feasible for installation. Assist in coordinating HVAC systems with other building systems (electrical, plumbing, structural). Ensure that HVAC systems integrate smoothly into the overall building design. Maintain up-to-date records of drawings and revisions. Prepare and submit design documents and progress reports to management. High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s degree or certification in CAD drafting, HVAC technology, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience working as a CAD operator, specifically with HVAC systems. Experience using CAD software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar programs. Proficiency in CAD software for HVAC system design. Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and installation practices. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, project managers, and clients. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt designs to meet project needs. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
