The USED CAR RECON NEW CAR PREP TECH at Ilderton Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM is a skilled technician responsible for preparing used and new vehicles for sale. This individual will play a key role in ensuring that all vehicles meet the dealerships quality standards before being displayed to customers.
Responsibilities :
- Perform in-depth inspections of used and new vehicles identifying any mechanical or cosmetic issues that need to be addressed before the vehicle can be sold
- Complete repairs and maintenance tasks as needed utilizing specialized tools and equipment
- Collaborate with Internal Advisors to prioritize work and promptly inform them of issue that arise
- Test drive vehicles to ensure they are in proper working condition
- Keep detailed records of work performed and communicate any issues or delays to management
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace following all safety protocols and guidelines
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines
