We have the following position at our West Valley Material Recovery Facility (MRF) location :

Equipment Maintenance Helper

Position Summary :

Will perform inspections, cleaning, maintenance, and repairs of Transfer equipment.

SALARY RANGE : $24.50 / hour - $26.25 / hour

ESSENTIAL DUTIES :

• Will follow safe work practices and adhere to all safety rules and practices.
• Will assist and support Equipment Maintenance team and activities.
• Will perform inspections, cleaning, maintenance and repairs of TS and MRF rolling stock equipment not limited to loaders, dozers, forklifts, skidsteers, excavators, etc.
• Will use hand tools and other equipment for the performance of these activities
• Will use welder, torch, and grinder in the performance of their job
• Will work in support of EM team and independently on smaller jobs / tasks
• Will timely and accurately document work performed on Fleetmate work orders
• Will perform other repairs and duties as assigned by management.
