MORE ABOUT THE ROLE :
An exciting aspect of this position is the opportunity for travel. We require the ability to travel 100% of the time with travel back home on the weekends at least 80% of the time . Your Typical Day :
Utilizing your experience working in telecommunications central offices or data centers, you will perform various tasks, including installation or removal of common systems, optical transport, digital switches, or power in central offices. You may also be responsible for running, pulling, terminating, and labeling cables, including fiber optics, Ethernet, and smaller power cables. Experience with ordering equipment as well as reading, understanding, and following technical publications and industry standards will prove useful in this position.
TO QUALIFY FOR THIS POSITION, YOU WILL NEED :
Experience with building ironwork and ladder racking would be a plus.
