AI Change Management Leader

We are seeking an AI Change Management Leader to partner with the Chief AI Integration Officer and lead organizational change for new AI initiatives at Nasdaq. This role will partner with the People Team and will be pivotal in ensuring successful adoption of AI-driven solutions by aligning stakeholders, fostering engagement, and embedding change across the enterprise. You will design and execute change management strategies that enable teams to embrace AI technologies confidently and effectively. Your work will influence how Nasdaq evolves to leverage AI responsibly and at scale.
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with Leadership : Collaborate with the Chief AI Officer and senior executives to define change management strategies for AI programs.
- Drive Adoption : Develop frameworks and initiatives that accelerate AI adoption across business units.
- Communication & Engagement : Create clear, compelling messaging and engagement plans to build awareness and understanding of AI initiatives across all levels of the organization.
- Stakeholder Alignment : Facilitate alignment between technology, operations, and business teams to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions.
- Measure Impact : Establish KPIs and feedback loops to track adoption, engagement, and business outcomes.
- Consultative Expertise : Apply best practices from change management and consulting disciplines to guide organizational transformation.

The base pay range for this role is $122,500 - $204,200. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus / commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to : skill set, experience, education / training, business needs and market demands.
