The Chemical Dependency Counseling Assistant plays a vital role for our clients who are recovering from drug and alcohol addiction. Provides mental health support to clients by conducting assessments, and individual or group counseling sessions. Based on licensure, this role may diagnose and treat emotional, behavioral, mental health, and/or substance use issues employing various therapeutic techniques to help clients improve their wellbeing and coping skills.
