Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate cost estimates and project proposals for residential and commercial projects

Review and analyze construction blueprints, schedules, and specifications

Collaborate with US-based clients and procurement teams to ensure project standards and competitive pricing

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

1-4 years of experience in cost estimation or related field

Proficiency in estimation software such as On Screen Take-off, PlanSwift, CostX, Bluebeam

Familiarity with construction standards and blueprint reading

Basic mathematical competency with strong analytical skills
