✍ Short Description :
We’re looking for a motivated and organized Sales Executive to manage the full client acquisition cycle—from first outreach to contract signing. In this role, you’ll lead sales calls, build relationships with prospective clients, and keep the pipeline moving through consistent follow-ups and strong organization. You’ll also manage proposals and agreements, track key sales metrics, and ensure a smooth handoff to the Account Management team once deals are closed.

💼 Responsibilities :
Keep the sales CRM fully updated across all stages, from lead generation through client onboarding.
Create, manage, and track client proposals, service agreements, and NDAs.
Lead initial sales meetings, identify client needs, and maintain consistent follow-ups until a final hiring decision is made.
Conduct closing meetings once agreements are signed and coordinate the handoff to the Account Management team.
Track and analyze sales performance, ensuring CRM accuracy and reporting on KPIs such as conversion rate, pipeline progress, and client engagement.
💡 Qualifications :
2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client relations (preferably in recruiting, marketing, or B2B services).
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar) and Google Workspace.
Goal-driven, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple client conversations at once.
Experience in remote talent, staffing, or agency environments (preferred).
Familiarity with contract management and basic finance tracking (preferred).
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into actionable insights (preferred).
