Position Summary
In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Chief of Staff and General Counsel within a growing behavioral health network. This role ensures smooth communication across multiple functions, including Legal, Compliance, Public Policy, Grants, and Project Management, acting as a trusted partner to leadership. The Executive Assistant supports leadership in a mission-driven organization focused on improving access to mental health and substance use treatment. You will collaborate with a dynamic leadership team on impactful projects, gain exposure to various organizational functions, and have opportunities for professional growth while working closely with a mentor-focused leader. This role is more than an administrative role, it’s an opportunity to be at the center of a transformative organization shaping the future of behavioral health.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study preferred
- Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting executives in a healthcare or nonprofit organization
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and adaptability
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Belief in the mission and vision of Rosecrance
