Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain a robust compliance program tailored to DME / CRT operations

Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely organizational response

Lead compliance audits, risk assessments, and corrective action plans

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; JD, MBA, or Master's in Healthcare Administration preferred

10+ years of progressive compliance leadership experience, ideally within healthcare, DME, or CRT

Deep knowledge of CMS regulations, HIPAA, OSHA, and payer compliance requirements

Proven ability to design and operationalize compliance programs in complex, multi-state environments

Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to risk management
