Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement fundraising strategies aligned with the College's mission and strategic direction

Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors, industry partners, and foundations to enhance donor engagement

Lead and manage the Foundation team, ensuring effective oversight of operations, budget planning, and scholarship programs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

Six years of experience in fundraising with progressive management responsibility

Three years of experience in major gift fundraising

Three years of experience in a supervisory role

Preferred : Master's degree and experience in community college fundraising
