Chief Technology Officer

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Develop and execute the company's technology strategy in alignment with business objectives.

Identify and implement emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize strategic initiatives.

Oversee all aspects of technology development, including software engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data management.

Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of technology platforms.

Partner with the AI team to integrate artificial intelligence and machine learning into products, services, and operations.

Support the development and deployment of AI-driven solutions.

Manage vendor relationships and technology partnerships.

Build and lead a high-performing technology team.

Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Mentor and develop technical talent across the organization.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.

Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and controls.

Develop and manage the technology budget.

Optimize resource allocation to maximize ROI on technology investments.

Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or related field.

Master's degree preferred.

A minimum of 10 years' progressive experience in technology leadership.

A minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Deep understanding of software development, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.

Experience working with AI / ML technologies and data science teams.

Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and business acumen.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Visionary mindset with a bias for action.
