A company is looking for a Chief Compliance Officer.
Key Responsibilities
Evolve, implement, and maintain the Bank's Compliance Management System (CMS) in alignment with regulatory guidance
Lead efforts to identify and mitigate UD(A)AP and consumer harm risks across digital products and services
Oversee compliance testing and monitoring, ensuring effective remediation of control gaps
Required Qualifications
10+ years of progressive compliance leadership in U.S. banking, focusing on consumer finance and digital banking / FinTech
Expert knowledge of key banking regulations, including UDAAP, BSA / AML / OFAC, and privacy laws
Proven success in managing bank compliance programs and interacting with banking regulators
Bachelor's degree required; relevant certifications or advanced degrees are a plus
Experience collaborating with BSA / AML / OFAC, Fraud and Risk functions
